First ever chin up

Went to the gym before lunch where I did my first ever proper chin up! Yay!! I have been training for a while to be able to do it. At first I didn’t even know how to access the right muscles to be able to pull myself up. I started off with lat pull downs in a machine and then moved on to reverse chins (where you jump up and lower down instead) which I have been doing for a while. And now finally I can start doing chins. My next goal is to be able to do 5. Small steps 🙂
