I decided that when I was in London I was going to pause or rather delay the start of November’s resolutions and also have an exception to my no eating out resolution. So I’ve treated myself to lots of delicious (and very unhealthy!) food and treats. Hello brunch!! It was amazing but also good to be reminded of how bad my body feels on gluten, lactose and lots of carbs. So the rest of November is going to be about strictly keeping to my diet and feeling the difference.
