Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Aperol Spritz

Last night I met up with my best friend Anna to have some Anna-Annelie time! She introduced me to Vietnamese spring rolls which were so good! I’m definately going to do them again with John. It’s a bit like a taco since you can have so many different ingredients in them. I miss tortillas and the taco concept a lot now that I don’t eat gluten anymore so these were great.

We also hade some Aperol spritz which I love and connect with going skiing. So now I’m really excited for our skitrip which is only two weeks away!
