Today I was at Dome of Visions and gave a 15 minute speech in front of 50 people about how to manage water in growing cities. It was at an opening seminar for KTH (the technical university in Stockholm) new collaboration platform for water issues called WaterCenter@KTH. My company was a partner in setting up the event with KTH. We started off with a workshop that looked at different water challenges from the perspective of the Sustainable Development Goals where I held the part of the workshop concering SDG 11: water in cities. This was followed by the opening event where I held my presentation. It went very well and I’m proud of myself that I managed to keep my nerves under control and that I spoke very freely.
It’s been three very long and hectic days leading up to this hence the lack of blog posts and I have two more hectic days infront of me. Literally haven’t had a second to spare so I hope you have been busy reading my Low Impact Life Guide in the mean time. I picked up my start kit for Tunnel Run at the new train station today which was cool to see. The official opening isn’t until June so participants of Tunnel Run get a sneak peak.
